possible reasons and solutions:

1. RS232 or USB cable isnt connected from mainboard to sending card well: reconnect them;

2. no USB driving program: install the program;

3. RS232 or USB cable is damaged;

4. COM or USB port of PC is damaged;

5. USB or RJ11 port breaks;
