possible reasons and solutions:

1. graphic card is not set up correctly: utilize the clone mode;

2. DVI cable from graphic card to sending card isnt connected well;

3. youve set up turn-off on LED screen power via software: make it turn-on;

4. sending card problem:  replace it;
