possible reasons and solutions:

1. these cabinets have problems of AC power supply:  check the power supply;

2. inter-cabinet data cables are out of work or not connected well: check the connection or replace them;

3. output of the former receiving card is out of work, or input of the receiving card is out of work:  assure the quality first, if bad, replace them;
